This contract opportunity for the 26/27 school year offers the chance to support learners as a Special Education Teacher, working with either an RSP caseload or a 4th/5th grade mild/moderate classroom, depending on experience and preference. You’ll collaborate with fellow educators and families, shaping individualized educational plans and helping students thrive academically and personally.

What we’re looking for:

• Valid CTC Certification with a Mild/Moderate credential (must have)
• Previous experience in special education, with classroom or resource support preferred
• Ability to adapt curriculum and provide differentiated instruction based on individual student needs
• Strong communication and collaboration skills for working with students, parents, and staff
• Enthusiasm for fostering an inclusive, supportive learning environment

Your key responsibilities will include:

• Delivering individualized and small-group instruction according to IEPs
• Developing and updating educational plans in cooperation with team members
• Maintaining accurate student records and progress reports
• Communicating regularly with families and support staff about student achievement and needs
• Participating in meetings, trainings, and ongoing professional development opportunities
