We specialize in Impact Resistant Windows & Doors, Storefronts, Curtain Wall systems, and interior Glass partitions systems and glass hand railing. We are distributors for many manufacturers including Kawneer, CGI, PGT Industries, Windoor, C.R. Laurence, Trulite, YKK AP America, Aldora, Euro-Wall and a few more. Project Manager Job Summary: Project Managers establishes and monitors all project activity including schedules, material acquisition and delivery, engineering, manufacturing and installation to ensure timely and quality completion of assigned projects. They will be the hub of every project information and communicating regularly with Last Chance Glass internal team (Sales, Engineering, Manufacturing and operations team) and clients (General Contractor, Architect, vendors and subcontractors). Primary responsibilities include: Create and maintain all project documentation, Monitor and track project schedules and budgets, submit labor and material takeoffs, prepare change orders, effectively communicate with all project team members, holds self and team members accountable for solving project related issues and meeting project requirements throughout the project life. Project Manager Job Requirements: Ideal candidates should have a minimum of 3 year’s experience in Glass & Glazing division (8 & 10) in the Construction industry. Bachelor's degree in construction management or a related field This position requires excellent interpersonal and problem solving skills as well as the ability to work in a fast paced environment. Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Strong problem-solving and analytical skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Proficient in Microsoft Office and project management software (CAD & GDS) Spanish and English is required. #J-18808-Ljbffr
