With a strong commitment to innovation, quality, and customer satisfaction, TIME Manufacturing Company designs and manufactures top-tier products that enable professionals to operate safely and efficiently at various heights.Position SummaryThe Service Coordinator supports daily shop and field service operations by coordinating work orders, technician scheduling, customer communication, parts logistics, and operational reporting. This role plays a key part in maintaining efficient service workflow and delivering strong customer support.Key ResponsibilitiesCoordinate daily shop and field service operationsCreate and support service jobs/work orders in Epicor ERPHelp schedule technicians and monitor job progress and completionBuild customer quotes, repair estimates, and service documentationGenerate purchase orders and coordinate parts ordering and receivingSupport field technicians with parts staging and shipment coordinationTrack open work orders, labor hours, invoicing, and job costingCommunicate with customers regarding approvals, scheduling, and repair statusWork with vendors on parts availability, delays, and escalationsReview completed jobs for invoicing accuracy and completenessSupport process improvements and workflow efficiency initiativesCreate and maintain SOPs and service process documentationAssist leadership with operational planning and reportingSupport multi-site service coordination initiativesQualifications:High School Diploma, GED or Associates Degree3-5 Year of experience service coordination, or shop operationsStrong organizational and communication skillsExperience with ERP systems (Epicor preferred)Knowledge of service invoicing, estimating, and schedulingProficiency in Microsoft Office and reporting toolsAbility to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environmentCore Benefits:Competitive salary and bonus structureComprehensive health, dental, and vision insurance plans401(k) with company matchPaid time off and holidaysProfessional development opportunitiesCollaborative and innovative work environmentEqual Employment Opportunity (EEO) Statement Time Manufacturing Inc. is an equal opportunity employer.
