RN Registered Nurse

As a Registered Nurse, you will be an integral part of our team, dedicated to delivering compassionate and personalized care to our residents. Here are some key responsibilities that will highlight your day-to-day activities:

• Deliver high-quality patient care, assessing, and evaluating the physical and emotional needs of our residents, developing individualized care plans to address their unique needs.
• Collaborate with our interdisciplinary team, including physicians, physical therapists, occupational therapists, and social workers, to ensure seamless and efficient care delivery.
• Conduct routine assessments, monitor vital signs, and administer medications as needed, ensuring the highest level of patient safety.
• Communicate effectively with residents, families, and healthcare team members, updating them on care plans and any changes or concerns.
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives, identifying areas for improvement and implementing evidence-based practices to enhance patient outcomes.
