Global Supply Chain ManagerThe Global Supply Chain Manager leads sourcing strategy and supplier management for high-value, technically complex categories critical to VulcanForms' production. This role requires strategic depth, commercial acumen, and the ability to operate independently across engineering, operations, and leadership teams.Key Accountabilities:Develop multi-year sourcing and cost roadmaps aligned with company growth plans.Negotiate complex commercial agreements, including pricing, capacity, and long-term supply terms.Serve as the primary point of contact for executive-level supplier relationships.Mentor and support junior GSMs in project execution and negotiation strategy.Lead cross-functional efforts to improve quality, cost, and delivery performance.Qualifications:Bachelor's degree required; MBA or technical degree preferred.7+ years of progressive experience in sourcing or supply chain management.Demonstrated success managing strategic suppliers in a global manufacturing environment.Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.VulcanForms offers a competitive salary and equity package.
