This role sits at the intersection of AI systems engineering, growth marketing, and high-end lead generation for a premium, concierge-style service business. You will be responsible for designing and operating an end-to-end automation ecosystem that drives qualified lead acquisition, nurtures high-value prospects, and improves conversion efficiency across the funnel. This is a highly technical, hands-on position focused on building real systems—not advising from the sidelines. You will architect integrated workflows across CRM, outbound channels, AI tooling, and analytics platforms to ensure seamless data flow and continuous optimization. The work directly impacts how high-intent prospects are identified, engaged, and converted into long-term clients. It is ideal for someone who thrives in fast-paced environments where experimentation, iteration, and measurable outcomes define success.

Accountabilities:

This role is responsible for building, integrating, and continuously optimizing a full-funnel AI-powered growth and conversion system across CRM, outbound, and analytics infrastructure.

• Design and own end-to-end growth systems spanning HubSpot, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, retargeting platforms, and AI/LLM automation tools
• Build and optimize HubSpot architecture, including data structure, segmentation models, and AI-driven lead scoring systems
• Develop high-performance nurture flows across email, SMS, and automated triggers to improve lead-to-conversion outcomes
• Define and refine Ideal Customer Profiles (ICP) using behavioral and revenue data, and implement precision targeting frameworks
• Create integrated outbound systems leveraging LinkedIn and enrichment tools to expand high-value executive networks
• Collaborate on content-driven growth loops, ensuring content is embedded into automated nurturing and retargeting systems
• Build systems for competitive intelligence and market signal extraction to refine positioning and messaging
• Deploy conversion infrastructure such as AI chat experiences, qualification workflows, and retargeting systems
• Own performance tracking and optimization, including CAC, conversion rates, and lead quality metrics

Requirements:

This position requires deep technical fluency in marketing automation, CRM architecture, and AI-enabled growth systems, along with a strong ability to translate data into scalable acquisition and conversion strategies.

• 5–10+ years of experience in growth systems, marketing automation, CRM optimization, or AI-driven marketing roles
• Strong hands-on expertise with HubSpot (required) and proficiency in tools such as Apollo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, or equivalent platforms
• Demonstrated experience building full-funnel lead generation and conversion systems from scratch
• Practical experience integrating AI/LLMs (e.g., OpenAI tools, automation workflows, API-based systems) into marketing or sales processes
• Strong understanding of funnel economics, including CAC, LTV, conversion optimization, and attribution modeling
• Experience working with premium, high-consideration, or service-based businesses is highly preferred
• Ability to balance technical system-building with brand-aligned, high-touch customer experience design
• Strong analytical thinking, structured problem-solving skills, and ability to operate in fast-paced, iterative environments
