$1,000 Sign-On Bonus and Up to $27/hour!
Join MAS Community Health — One of Maine's Largest Behavioral Health Agencies. Looking for meaningful work that makes a real difference? MAS Community Health is hiring caring, motivated individuals to support children and young adults (ages 1–21) facing behavioral health challenges across Maine. No certification? No problem — we'll train you to become an excellent BHP.
Requirements
- An active BHP Certification is not required! Our team ensures you have all the tools to become an excellent BHP.
- 1 year of experience working with children is a plus. (I.e. education, childcare, babysitting/nannying, etc.)
- Live in Maine and/or able to commute within the state
- Interest in a career in early childhood education, social work, or psychology
- Flexibility to work some afternoons, evenings, and weekends as needed
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Clean driving record and background check
- Ability to provide active motor vehicle insurance & registration
- Ability to provide high school diploma or equivalent
Job Details
- Providing individualized support within the clients' personal home and surrounding community.
- Safely transporting the client within your own personal, reliable vehicle.
- Following the client’s treatment plan outlined and created by the client’s family and the case management team.
- Basic understanding of smart phone applications, access to email communication, and awareness around processing electronic documents such as daily session notes. Training is available.
