Job Summary:

About the Role:

We are looking for caring and dependable Travel LPNs who want to take their skills to the next level. As a member of our team, you will provide high-quality patient care and support to our residents, while also contributing to our facility's growth and development. With pay ranging from $37–$42 per hour , including evening and night shift differentials, you will be rewarded for your hard work and dedication.

Responsibilities:

• Provide direct patient care, including administering medications, wound care, and vital signs monitoring

• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary care team to develop and implement individualized care plans

• Ensure compliance with facility policies and procedures, as well as state and federal regulations

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records and reports

• Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and facility operations

Requirements:

• Hold a Certificate in Practical Nursing (LPN) and have at least 1 year of experience in a long-term care setting

• Possess a valid LPN license in the state of Wisconsin

• Ability to work a variety of shifts, including days, evenings, and nights

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
