Visit us online at: This Outpatient Clinical Supervisor is responsible for providing supervision and guidance to the social work staff. Assist in developing unit goals, objectives and standards of performance, as well as developing, coordinating and implementing clinical and program activities. The Clinical Supervisor ensures the social work staff meets compliance with legal and regulatory compliance and standards which promote optimum health care delivery. The Clinical Supervisor also coordinates performance improvement activities and addresses deficiencies.
