In this pivotal role, you will be the first point of contact during the night shift, managing guest check-ins and check-outs, handling guest inquiries, and maintaining the integrity of financial and administrative records. Duties Greet and assist guests arriving or departing during the night shift with professionalism and warmth Manage front desk operations, including reservations, check-ins, check-outs, and billing procedures Conduct nightly audits of guest accounts to ensure accuracy and resolve discrepancies promptly Handle guest inquiries via phone and in person with excellent phone etiquette and multilingual communication skills Maintain security by monitoring CCTV systems, conducting patrols, and ensuring guest safety throughout the property Prepare detailed shift reports, incident logs, and financial summaries to ensure operational transparency Support guest relations by addressing concerns promptly and providing information about hotel amenities and local attractions Requirements Proven experience in hospitality management or hotel front desk operations, preferably with night audit responsibilities Strong customer service skills with a friendly, proactive attitude Multilingual or bilingual abilities to serve diverse guest populations effectively Knowledge of hotel management systems and multi-line phone systems for efficient communication Excellent organizational skills with keen attention to detail for financial audits and record keeping Ability to stand, walk, or sit for extended periods during overnight shifts in a resort or hotel setting Familiarity with guest services protocols, phone etiquette, and hospitality standards to enhance guest experiences Embark on a rewarding career where your hospitality expertise makes a real difference!
