They do this through working as a team, following Chick-fil-A standards, maintaining food safety, and helping ensure every guest receives high-quality food. This role is ideal for someone who is hardworking, dependable, detail-oriented, and enjoys working in a fast-paced team environment.

Schedule and Hours

• Full-Time and Part-Time opportunities available
• Monday - Saturday availability
• Daytime, evening, and Saturday availability may be needed

Responsibilities include

• Prepare, assemble, and serve food according to Chick-fil-A standards
• Work with urgency to support fast and accurate order fulfillment
• Maintain a clean, organized, and food-safe kitchen environment
• Follow recipes, procedures, and food safety guidelines with excellence
• Stock, rotate, and organize food products and supplies
• Communicate clearly with kitchen and front-of-house team members
• Support lunch, dinner, and high-volume meal periods with focus and energy
• Use kitchen equipment safely and properly
• Complete cleaning tasks and closing or opening duties as assigned
• Uphold Chick-fil-A's culture, values, standards, policies, and dress code
• Support restaurant operations and other duties as assigned
