About the job FP&A Analyst
We're seeking a Staff Analyst, FP&A - Systems & AI Automation to join an innovative technology organization and help modernize its Finance function.
- Own and enhance the Pigment planning platform , including models, integrations, and hierarchies.
- Lead budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.
- Build and deploy AI and automation solutions for Finance workflows.
- Partner with Finance, Accounting, IT, and business teams.
- Develop financial analysis and insights for senior leadership.
- Support and train users on the planning platform.
- 5+ years of FP&A or Strategic Finance experience.
- 2+ years of hands-on Pigment ownership - not just end-user experience.
- Strong budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, and financial modeling skills.
- Experience building and deploying an AI agent or business automation .
- Experience with SAP or another major ERP .
- Strong communication skills with the ability to present to senior leadership.
- Comfortable working across Finance, systems, data, and AI .
