Customer Service Representative
Kelly is hiring Customer Service Representatives to support a leading optical retailer and manufacturer based in Mason, OH. If you are passionate about delivering exceptional service and live locally, apply today!
Location: Remote (Must live within 1 hour of Mason, OH and pick up equipment onsite) Pay Rate: $17/hour Training: Paid, Virtual, August 17 September 4 (Mon-Fri, 9am-6pm)
Department staffed Mon-Fri, 9:00 am to 6:00 pm. Final shift assigned during training: Options range from 9:00 am5:00 pm or 9:30 am6:00 pm.
What You'll Do:
- Deliver multi-channel support (phone, chat, email, social media, mail) to customers.
- Resolve service and support issues, escalating as needed.
- Ensure productivity and quality metrics are met to enhance customer satisfaction.
- Use professional, courteous communication at all times.
- Work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Be a positive brand ambassador and support company and department goals.
About You:
- High School Diploma/GED
- Previous customer service experience required.
- Professional and effective written communication skills.
- Basic math and intermediate PC knowledge (Windows OS, Microsoft Office, web browsers).
- Strong customer service orientation and problem-solving skills.
- Local candidates ONLY must pick up equipment from Mason, OH office.
