About the Role

The Company is seeking a Head of Agent Engagement to join their team. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to enhance the engagement and performance of agents within the organization. This role involves creating and maintaining strong relationships with agents, providing them with the necessary support and resources to succeed, and ensuring that they are aligned with the company's goals and values. The Head of Agent Engagement will also be tasked with analyzing agent performance data, identifying areas for improvement, and working closely with the leadership team to drive the overall success of the agent network.
