Note: Candidates must be admitted to the New York Bar and have at least 2 years of litigation experience. Construction litigation experience is strongly preferred, though attorneys with other strong litigation backgrounds will also be considered. Job Description Manage litigation matters from inception through resolution. Represent clients in Federal and State Courts throughout New York and New Jersey. Draft pleadings, motions, briefs, discovery, and other litigation documents. Conduct legal research and develop litigation strategies. Attend court appearances, depositions, mediations, and client meetings. Collaborate with experienced attorneys on construction litigation, professional liability, and commercial litigation matters. Build strong client relationships while delivering practical, cost‑effective legal solutions. Qualifications Active New York Bar license. 2+ years of litigation experience. Strong legal research, writing, and analytical skills. Excellent communication and advocacy abilities. Ability to manage litigation files independently while working collaboratively.
