Responsibilities Prepare surfaces through cleaning, sanding, masking, and priming Inspect fabricated components prior to painting Apply industrial coatings using spray equipment Mix paints and coatings to proper specifications Measure and verify coating thickness Perform touch‑ups and quality inspections Maintain paint booth equipment and work areas Coordinate with production teams to meet delivery schedules Follow OSHA and company safety standards Assist with assembly activities when needed Qualifications Previous industrial painting experience preferred Experience with spray equipment and industrial coatings preferred Ability to read work instructions and specifications Strong attention to detail Commitment to quality and safety High school diploma or GED Schedule Monday‑Thursday: 6:30 AM – 4:30 PM Friday: 7:30 AM – 11:30 AM Equal Opportunity Employer Jobot is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
