The dental care you provide gives the residents of the facilities we serve their dignity and quality of life! As a 1099 independent contractor, you will receive great compensation and enjoy a flexible schedule. No evenings or weekends as we work around your availability. Why providers choose 360Care:Focus on quality patient careFlexible scheduling, you pick the days!Rewarding work with great compensation.Logistics, equipment, and administrative support.Dentist responsibilities:Travel to skilled nursing and long term care facilities.Provide comprehensive dental care in the areas of preventative dentistry, removable prosthodontic, and oral surgery.Properly document all procedures and treatment utilizing our EMR system.Follow established standards, protocols, and practices.Provide supervision of dental assistant and dental hygienist working as a team.Preferred skills:Strong verbal and written communicationAbility to connect with geriatric patients with empathy and compassionExcellent eye for detailQualificationsWe provide:Trained dental assistant to assist on all visitsState of the art portable equipment, instruments, and supplies including the Aseptico delivery system with high and low speed hand pieces and suction, hand held X-ray camera (all our DA are certified to take the x-rays), hand held digital sensor for digital imaging, all standard surgical instruments and we use polyvinyl impression materials to take impressionsAll scheduling and billing are completed by 360CareFull office support including a care coordination team handling all consents, pre-authorizations, patient scheduling, post op and IT supportField support and mentorship from clinical directorIf you are a dentist DDS or DMD in good standing, at any stage of your career, we encourage you to apply!
