Reach Truck Operator - HIRING ASAP!

Job Description

The Reach Truck Operator plays a vital role within the warehouse team, responsible for efficiently operating reach trucks and supporting overall warehouse functions. This position focuses on safe handling of materials, maintaining inventory accuracy, and ensuring smooth order fulfillment processes with no travel requirements. Bilingual fluency in English and Spanish is considered a plus for better team communication.

Responsibilities

Operate reach trucks to move and store materials
Fulfill orders by picking and preparing materials
Execute order picking, put-away, and replenishment tasks
Transport materials within the warehouse
Manage inventory through accurate tracking and reporting
Coordinate with warehouse team members for operational flow
Perform quality control checks on received and stored items

Preferred Qualifications

3+ years of proven experience in Operating Reach Trucks
Additional experience operating Sit-Down Forklifts and Electric Pallet Jacks is a PLUS
Bilingual fluency in English and Spanish is a PLUS
