Primary Care Physician / Medical Director – Alamogordo, NMWe are seeking a board-certified Family Medicine or Internal Medicine physician for an outpatient primary care opportunity serving Veterans in Alamogordo, NM.This is primarily a direct patient care role with clinical leadership responsibilities and can be structured as either full-time or approximately 2 days per week. The part-time option is ideal for an experienced physician looking to scale back, remaining clinically active after retirement, or simply having greater flexibility.What you'll do:Provide outpatient primary care to VeteransServe as a clinical resource for the care teamSupport quality outcomes through chart review and clinical oversightCollaborate with clinic leadership and VA partnersQualifications:MD or DOBoard certified in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine2+ years primary care experience preferredActive, unrestricted medical license and DEAVA/CPRS/VISTA experience is a plus, not requiredFull-Time Compensation: $300,000–$350,000Full-time benefits include 31 paid days off, medical/dental/vision, 401(k) with company match, paid malpractice coverage, CME stipend and paid CME time, life/disability insurance, and dedicated administrative time.Part-Time: Flexible schedule of approximately 2 days per week with compensation based on schedule and experience.A great opportunity for a physician who wants to continue practicing meaningful medicine with a predictable outpatient schedule and greater work-life balance.
