What's a typical day as Maintenance Manager? You'll be: Leading, supervising, and developing the maintenance team, including mechanics, electricians, and technicians, ensuring efficient operations. Planning, scheduling, and overseeing preventive and predictive maintenance programs to maximize equipment uptime. Ensuring rapid response to equipment breakdowns and driving root cause analysis to prevent recurrence.
This job might be an outstanding fit if you: Have a high school diploma or GED; a technical degree or bachelor's degree is preferred. Bring 57+ years of maintenance experience in manufacturing, with at least 23 years in a leadership role. Possess experience in food or meat processing environments, which is strongly preferred.
