We’re looking for a full-time, (Part time possible) on-site Real Estate Agent who’s ready to grow with us in the Central Texas market. This is more than just showing homes... it’s about being a trusted guide for your clients, from first showing to final signature and everything in between. You’ll be: Helping clients buy and sell homes in a fast-moving, competitive market Holding showings, writing offers, and managing transactions Prospecting for new business and nurturing relationships with past clients Staying up to date on local inventory and market trends Working alongside our team to build a reputation of excellence and reliability This is a great role for someone who wants mentorship, flexibility, and the support of a broker who gets it... because I’ve been in your shoes. Qualifications Licensed Texas Real Estate Agent Great with people: you know how to listen, follow up, and build trust Self-motivated with a strong work ethic (no one’s babysitting here) Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage your own time Comfortable learning new systems (CRMs, MLS, digital tools, etc.) Knowledge of Central Texas!
