DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Provide Logistics management and inventory control of Government Furnished equipment and materials for installation projects. Submit requests, track, ship and receive equipment and materials via commercial and DoD carriers and maintain purchasing and inventory control databases and records. Working knowledge of CMPRO and Navy Ship Modernization process

REQUIRED SKILLS/YEARS OF EXPERIENCE

• Current Professional Logistics Certification is desired – i.e., Defense Acquisition Workforce Improvement Act (DAWIA) certified in Lifecycle [Acquisition] Logistics Level 1 or have equivalent logistics training (resume to specify all equivalent training) or possess an additional two (2) years working in direct support of defense life-cycle logistics. Personnel that do not have government DAWIA certification courses may demonstrate an equivalency in terms of academic degrees, courses completed, and experience as that of their counterparts in the DAWIA workforce.
• Five (5) years of experience, to include: supervisory or warehouse lead at a DoD facility; financial management; logistics support for projects involving electronic/ electrical repair and installation, ordering, acquisition, distribution of material, equipment and resources.
• Two (2) years of warehouse experience, to include: performing inventory, staging, packing, storage and shipping of electronic equipment and related material; operating motor vehicles and material handling equipment; and utilizing a computer-based inventory and bar-coding system for entry, identification and tracking of material.

Education : High School diploma or GED
Travel Required : None/Minimal
Work Location : Charleston, SC (JB Charleston)

This position is required to have and maintain a Secret US DoD security clearance.

PREFERRED SKILLS
Experience with Microsoft office products including use of Excel, PowerPoint and Word.
Usage or familiarity with the following USN logistic support programs:

1. NAVSUP OTS (Navy Supply Systems Command One Touch Support)
2. CMPRO (Configuration Management Professional)
3. NDE (Navy Data Environment)
4. CDMDOA, ICAPS (Configuration Data Managers Database – Open Architecture) (Interactive Computer Aided Provisioning System)
5. MBPS (Model Base Product Support)
6. DECKPLATE (Decision Knowledge Programming)
7. SPIDER (SYSCOM PEO Integrated Data Environment Repository)
8. RIPTIDE (Readiness Installation and Planning Tool for Integration and Deployment Execution)

REMARKS

• Must be able to communicate effectively in English, both verbally and in writing
• Must be able to interface effectively with all levels of technical and management personnel

Compensation: $60K - $65K annual salary.
Compensation for positions at Centurum vary depending on a wide range of factors including, but not limited to, location, responsibilities, skill set, and level of experience.
