This position is for immediate hire Key Responsibilities: Draft responses to Complaints, Discovery Requests, and legal motions . Conduct in-depth legal research on complex issues and present concise findings. Assist with motion practice and case strategy development. Qualifications: Current law student enrolled in a Florida law school (2L or 3L preferred). Ability to commute to our Orlando office as needed. Strong legal research and writing skills with attention to detail. Professional demeanor, reliability, and a proactive work ethic. Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal).
