30 Hours/week Mon/Wed/Thur 7:15a - 6:15p
Greeting every practice member with warmth and care.
Giving new practice members a VIP welcome and office tour
Using scripts for confident communications.
Performing simple exams and progress checks. (We will train you)
Answering phones and texts professionally.
Scheduling appointments efficiently.
Collecting payments respectfully.
Keeping the office clean, calm, and welcoming.
Preparing new patient paperwork and welcome bags.
Staying organized behind the scenes.
