Director of Business Operations

To support a growing post-sales organization, the remote full-time Director of Business Operations, Customer Success will establish and lead the Business Operations function, focusing on operational rigor across resource management, P&L management, and executive business reviews. Key responsibilities Establish and lead the Business Operations function for Customer Success, defining roles and operating mechanisms Own the operating cadence for the business, including Monthly and Quarterly Business Reviews and Annual Operating Planning Partner with Finance and Customer Success leadership to streamline resource management and P&L management across the organization Required qualifications 8+ years of experience in Business Operations within post-sales functions such as Professional Services or Customer Support Proven experience leading teams and developing high-performing individuals in operational environments Experience building a new function or business process in a growing organization Strong expertise in planning, resource management, and KPI development Solid understanding of the customer journey and operational needs of post-sales organizations in a high-growth B2B SaaS environment
