  • Partnerschaften mit Handwerksunternehmen strategisch aufzubauen und weiterzuentwickeln von der ersten Kontaktaufnahme bis hin zu langfristigen Kooperationen, inklusive persnlicher Besuche und Events
  • Die Performance deiner Partner zu analysieren, Optimierungsmanahmen abzuleiten und sicherzustellen, dass nur die besten Partner im Netzwerk bleiben.
  • Das deutschlandweite Netzwerk strategisch weiterzuentwickeln und dafr zu sorgen, dass immer gengend qualifizierte Partner zur Verfgung stehen
  • Vertrge zu erstellen, Preise mitzugestalten und gemeinsam mit Legal an mageschneiderten Vertragslsungen zu arbeiten
  • Qualitt, Zeit und Kosten stets im Blick zu behalten, KPIs auszuwerten und mit den relevanten Teams an Verbesserungen zu arbeiten
  • Prozesse effizient zu gestalten vom Onboarding neuer Partner bis zum Offboarding, wenn es ntig ist
  • Die zentrale Ansprechperson fr deine Partner zu sein und sie in allen strategischen und leistungsbezogenen Fragen zu untersttzen

  • Ein abgeschlossenes Studium in Wirtschaft, Management, Ingenieurwesen oder einem vergleichbaren Bereich
  • Du hast Erfahrung in der Betreuung und strategischen Entwicklung von Partnernetzwerken, idealerweise in einem dynamischen Umfeld
  • Leistungskennzahlen zu analysieren, datenbasierte Entscheidungen zu treffen und Optimierungsmanahmen abzuleiten, gehrt fr dich dazu.
  • Vertragsverhandlungen fhrst du souvern und arbeitest eng mit internen sowie externen Stakeholdern zusammen.
  • Mit deiner proaktiven Arbeitsweise gestaltest du Prozesse eigenstndig und bernimmst Verantwortung fr nachhaltige Partnerbeziehungen.
  • Ein gutes Verstndnis fr betriebswirtschaftliche Zusammenhnge sowie idealerweise Erfahrung in einem technischen oder digitalen Umfeld zeichnen dich aus.
  • Kommunikationsstrke in Deutsch und Englisch (mind. C1-Niveau) sowie Teamfhigkeit bringst du mit.
