CUS - CORP-ESC SPECIALIST SUPPORT REP

ESC Specialist Support Rep

This position is responsible for providing full support to the ESC Customer Care Team. The ESC Support Rep will also provide support to RTG's ESC partners and the Customer Care department in any capacity necessary thru a customer's ESC claim process.

Responsibilities:

• Provide Support and Direction to the ESC Specialist team members.
• Provide Service and Assistance to all ESC claims and inquiries as needed.
• Be able to communicate and work closely with RTG's ESC Partners.
• Resolve ESC Claim disputes as needed from start to finish where required.
• Provide feedback, knowledge, and appreciation to ESC specialist Agents in real-time.
• Performs other duties as required.

Hours:

To be determined as new team is structured/ must be available from 8am to 8pm

Employment Standards:

Knowledge:

• An exceptional understanding of all extended warranties offered by RTG
• A complete understanding of all RTG Care Center policies and procedures.

Education:

• High School Diploma or equivalent

Experience:

• Six months RTG Care Center Experience

Essential Requirements:

• Ability to support the team and customer calls by providing quality, timely and highly courteous service while carefully following all procedures.

Working Conditions:

• Ability to sit for prolonged periods in one location which may be restricted to the employee's workstation.
