We Are Hiring: Human Resource Coordinator We are seeking an enthusiastic and organized Human Resource Coordinator to join our growing team. This individual will play a key role in supporting our employees and fostering a positive workplace culture by assisting with: Job Responsibilities and Duties:

- Assist supporting new hire orientation process within facilities, teaching/training leading towards successful retention rates.
- Assist with HRIS data entry and auditing to ensure accurate employee records are maintained.
- Facilitate onboarding processes for new hires to ensure a smooth transition into the organization.
- Provide support in contract management related to employment agreements as directed.
- Review of payroll accuracy and compliance with processes with accuracy in data.
- Coordinate with HR team to help oversee PBJ (Payroll Based Journal) reporting and compliance, ensuring accurate staffing data submission to CMS Oversee benefits administration, workers' compensation, and leave management programs
- Ability to manage multiple tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Proven experience in HR functions preferred
- Familiarity with HRIS systems; preferably ADP or other systems.
- Knowledge of HR regulations and compliance standards.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field preferred.
