Salary Range: $55,000 - $87,000 depending on experience

The Opportunity

Key Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair mechanical, electrical, and pneumatic systems on manufacturing equipment.
• Perform preventative maintenance according to schedules to ensure optimal machine performance and longevity.
• Install, commission, and calibrate new manufacturing equipment and systems at customer sites.
• Provide on-site technical support and training to customers on equipment operation and maintenance procedures.
• Document service activities, including detailed reports of repairs, parts used, and time spent.
• Collaborate with engineering and production teams to identify and resolve recurring equipment issues.
• Adhere to all safety protocols and regulations while performing service activities in various industrial environments.

Recommended Qualifications

• Associate's degree in a technical field (e.g., electronics, mechatronics, industrial maintenance) or equivalent experience.
• 3+ years of experience troubleshooting, repairing, and maintaining industrial machinery or automation equipment.
• Strong electrical and mechanical aptitude, including the ability to read schematics and blueprints.
• Proficiency in using diagnostic tools and test equipment (e.g., multimeters, oscilloscopes, PLCs).
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently in a field environment.
• Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
