Our Andover office is conveniently located between Route 93 and Route 495. An ideal candidate will be independently licensed in MA and able to supervise pre-licensed clinicians working toward licensure. Responsibilities Include:

• Conducting Initial Clinical Assessments, Developing and implementing treatment plans, Completing ongoing documentation including, but not limited to, treatment plan reviews, and case notes
• Providing excellent customer service for clients and collaborating with a dynamic team to further the mission of filling gaps in our community
• Maintaining a caseload of 15-20 clients
• Coordinating services with case managers, families, work personnel, medical personnel, other Ellie staff, and school staff, as needed
• Attending and participating in all clinical staff meetings and in-service trainings
• Providing supervision as needed to master's degree clinicians seeking licensure

Credentialing Requirements

• Candidates are required to have a masters degree in one of the behavioral sciences or related fields from an accredited college or university and have licensure in their designated field
• Candidates will hold clinical licensure (LMHC) for 3 years or longer in MA and /or be qualified to provide supervision (LICSW, Ph.D, Psy.D).
• Candidates should have effective written and verbal communication skills
• Candidates should be able to demonstrate and model stable, appropriate boundaries with clients
• Ability to work within a multi-cultural lens
• Proficiency in Electronic Health Record systems
• Candidates with interest in treating children and families is a plus
• Bilingual candidates are a plus
