Position Retail Sales Associate, Seasonal Full-Time, Non-Exempt Location Kihei, Maui or Maalaea, Maui Pay Starting at $17.00/hr + commission About Us Pacific Whale Foundation is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit committed to protecting the ocean through science and advocacy. You will be a key part of our retail team, ensuring a positive shopping experience for our customers. Key Responsibilities Deliver outstanding service to customers Drive sales and achieve sales goals Manage transactions and handle purchases Maintain a clean and organized store environment Qualifications Minimum of six months of retail experience Reliable, confident, and outgoing personality Ability to work in a fast-faced environment Excellent communication skills including written and verbal Requirements Ability to work well with others Adapt to a flexible schedule, including mornings, nights, weekends, and holidays Capable of standing for long periods and safely lifting up to 35lbs Must currently reside on Maui Must be 18+ years old Why Join Us?
