Desktop Support Role
Location: 9405 NW 41st St., Miami FL
Primary day-to-day responsibilities entail a Desktop support role with tasks assigned as required. May include troubleshooting hardware, software, smart hands support, phone installations and configuration as well as AV setup configuration and testing as well as Teams communication set-up and testing. Inventory and other Desktop support roles. Service Now ticket system experience required.
Top 2 required skills that candidates must have: Excellent communication skills (verbal and writing) & 3-5 Years Desktop Support experience in a highly professional environment.
Work schedule for this position: 9am PST to 6pm PST.
Overall years of experience should be 3-5. Specific certifications or education: A+ would be helpful.
If contract to hire, potential conversion up to $30 per hour for qualified candidate. Currently this position is for immediate backfill through 10/6.
