Shift: Monday-Friday | 8 AM - 5 PM Benefits:

Required Qualifications
Jira & Data Management
- Maintain Jira as the single source of truth (backlogs, milestones, dependencies, and status).
- Ensure data accuracy, completeness, and alignment with delivery standards.
- Configure workflows, dashboards, and reporting views.
- Produce weekly and monthly executive reporting packs.
- Build dashboards that provide real-time visibility into portfolio health, risks, and progress.
- Translate delivery data into clear, decision-oriented insights.
- Track milestones, actions, and deliverables across initiatives.
- Drive follow-ups to ensure blockers are resolved and progress is maintained.
- Support dependency management across teams and programs.
- Ensure timely updates and accountability across the portfolio.
- Maintain RAID logs and ensure risks/issues are actively managed.
- Escalate emerging risks early and track mitigation plans.
- Provide visibility into cross-program dependencies.
- Support PMO governance routines, including status reviews and reporting cycles.
- Identify opportunities to improve delivery processes, reporting, and tooling.
- Embed consistent ways of working across the portfolio.
