Colonial Plumbing Heating Air is seeking to hire a full-time Plumbing Technician / Journeyman Plumber to service, diagnose issues with, repair, and install plumbing equipment and systems for our commercial clients in Colonial Heights, VA . The typical schedule for this position is based on project schedules which may require some overtime and weekends as needed. Can you provide above-and-beyond customer service? Our Plumbing Technicians / Journeyman Plumbers earn a competitive wage of $27-$37/hour . Combined with spiffs and bonuses , you can earn $60,000-$80,000/year ! We also offer health benefits, dental and AFLAC options (pre-tax), AD&D and term life insurances, and a 401(k) plan . We offer six paid holidays per year (New Year's Day, Memorial Day, July 4th, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, and Christmas) and generous PTO (personal time off) after 90 days:

• 40 hours - start through year 3
• 80 hours - 3rd year through year 6
• 120 hours - 7th year through year 19
• 160 hours - 20th year+

QUALIFICATIONS FOR A PLUMBING TECHNICIAN / JOURNEYMAN PLUMBER

• 3+ years of relevant experience
• Valid plumber license or equivalent experience
• Current driver's license and a good driving record
• Ability to read and interpret project plans and specifications
• Physical ability to climb ladders, work in hot/cold environments, work in small spaces, and regularly lift up to 75 lbs
• Ability to pass a background check and drug test
