Acquisitions Manager — Outside Sales (Real Estate)

Rise Home Buyers is hiring an Acquisitions Manager to close residential property purchases across northern New Jersey.

We buy houses directly from owners — foreclosures, inherited properties, estate situations, and off-market deals. Our marketing and qualification teams generate and pre-screen every lead. Your job is the part that requires a person in the room: driving to the property, sitting down with the seller, presenting our offer, and getting the contract signed.

This is a field sales role based out of Morristown, covering Morris, Essex, Union, Passaic, and Bergen counties.

The role

• 8-12 pre-set, pre-qualified seller appointments per week
• Assess property condition and repair scope on site
• Present offers directly to homeowners and negotiate to signature
• Manage each deal through closing alongside our underwriting and dispositions teams
• Own a weekly contract target tied to uncapped commission

What we're looking for

• 2+ years closing in a quota-carrying sales role
• Proven ability to present price and hold it in a face-to-face negotiation
• Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle; daily local travel required
• Based within commuting distance of Morristown, NJ

Real estate experience is welcome but not required . We have hired successfully from in-home sales, mortgage and title, insurance, and residential brokerage. No license needed; we train the underwriting.

Compensation and benefits

• Base salary plus uncapped tiered commission
• Year-one on-target earnings of $120,000-$180,000+ ; top performers exceed $200,000
