We are seeking an experienced LCSW to join a supportive outpatient behavioral health team in Madison, Tennessee.This faith-based outpatient addiction and detox facility provides a variety of recovery-focused services, including:Outpatient DetoxPartial Hospitalization Program (PHP)Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP)Standard Outpatient TherapyThe team begins each day with a brief group prayer, so candidates should be comfortable working in a faith-based environment.Position ResponsibilitiesConduct comprehensive biopsychosocial assessments and diagnostic evaluationsDevelop individualized treatment plansProvide individual, family, and group therapyFacilitate psychoeducational and process groups within OP, IOP, and PHP programsComplete clinical documentation in Behave Health EMRParticipate in multidisciplinary treatment team meetingsProvide crisis intervention and safety planning as neededCollaborate with physicians, nurse practitioners, clinical leadership, and case management staffUtilize evidence-based treatment approaches including:Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT)Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT)Motivational Interviewing (MI)Trauma-Informed CareScheduleMonday through FridayOffice hours: 9:00 AM to 5:00 PMProviders should arrive between 8:00 AM and 8:30 AMOpportunity to leave at 4:00 PM if all documentation is completed, though most staff remain until 5:00 PMRequirementsActive Tennessee LCSW LicenseMaster's Degree in:Social WorkCounselingMarriage & Family TherapyPsychologyOr a related behavioral health fieldMinimum 1 year of addiction counseling or mental health experienceCurrent CPR certification (if applicable)Must meet all federal, state, and local requirementsWhy Consider This Opportunity?Excellent leadership support and collaborative cultureOpportunity to work with a passionate behavioral health teamNo weekends or on-call responsibilitiesAmergis-exclusive opportunityStrong potential for permanent placement after the initial contractCompetitive compensation with long-term career growth opportunitiesIf you're passionate about helping individuals achieve lasting recovery and want to be part of a supportive, mission-driven team, we'd love to connect with you.
