Título del Puesto: Representante de Servicio al Cliente Ubicación: San Juan, PR (modalidad híbrida: presencial y remoto) Horario: Tiempo completo (Full-Time) Sábados trabajando de manera remota Un día libre en la semana Horarios posibles: 8:00am – 5:00pm o 8:30am – 5:30pm Salario: $28,000 + beneficios marginales Descripción del Puesto: Representante de Servicio al Cliente con experiencia en manejo de llamadas y atención al cliente, para brindar soporte de alta calidad a nuestros clientes. Esta posición requiere interacción directa con clientes en inglés y español, y el manejo eficiente de sistemas computarizados. Responsabilidades: Atender llamadas entrantes y brindar asistencia oportuna a los clientes. Proporcionar información clara y precisa sobre productos y servicios de seguros. Gestionar y actualizar información de clientes en sistemas internos de manera eficiente. Manejar consultas y resolver problemas con profesionalismo y empatía. Colaborar con el equipo para garantizar altos estándares de servicio.

Requisitos: Experiencia previa en servicio al cliente, preferiblemente en la industria bancaria o automotriz. Dominio avanzado de sistemas computarizados y herramientas de gestión de clientes. Disponibilidad para trabajar sábados de manera remota y cumplir horario full-time. Capacidad para trabajar de manera presencial durante los demás días. Inglés intermedio/avanzado preferible (capacidad de atender llamadas en inglés). Habilidades de comunicación efectiva y orientación al cliente.
