Hourly Wage: $20 - $33 per hour Actual hourly rate will equal or exceed the required minimum wage applicable to the job location. Employment Type: Full-Time Location: Walmart Supercenter #454, 150 Commerce Drive, Fairfield, IL 62837, US Job Overview Entertainment associates greet customers on the sales floor and offer them assistance. They are tech‑savvy and recommend merchandise based on customers' wants and needs. They move incoming merchandise out to the sales floor and ensure entertainment displays are maintained throughout the day. Compensation In addition to the hourly wage, the role includes annual or quarterly performance incentives. Premiums may be paid ranging from $0.35 per hour to $3.00 per hour in specific circumstances, such as based on schedule, facility, season, or specific work performed.
