We are seeking an experienced Integrative Wellness Assistant who thrives in a collaborative setting and brings both clinical understanding and administrative excellence to our growing team.Position Summary:As the Integrative Wellness Assistant, you will play a key role in ensuring smooth daily operations across multiple specialties. You’ll support providers, coordinate patient flow, and manage administrative tasks that require a strong grasp of healthcare protocols — all while delivering a high standard of patient service.Key Responsibilities:Assist in patient intake by recording medical histories and vital signs (blood pressure, temperature, pulse, etc.).Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records while ensuring confidentiality.Perform diagnostic procedures, including X-rays and EKGs, under supervision.Schedule patient appointments and manage phone inquiries with professionalism.Support healthcare providers during examinations and treatment sessions.Ensure a clean, organized, and well-maintained clinical environment.Adhere to HIPAA regulations and maintain patient confidentiality at all times.Work flexible hours, including opening and closing shifts and Saturdays as required.This role involves a significant amount of computer-based work, including electronic health record (EHR) documentation, patient data entry, digital scheduling, audits, and reporting.
