LPN Long-Term Care (LTC)

Location: Stuart, NE

Shift Details: 12 hours Night shift

Guaranteed Hours: 48 hours per week

Duration: 13 weeks

Housing: Facility Provided

Responsibilities

Provide direct patient care under the supervision of an RN or physician

Administer medications and treatments per physician orders

Monitor and document residents' conditions and report any changes

Assist with admissions, discharges, and care planning

Ensure compliance with facility policies, procedures, and safety standards

Collaborate with CNAs and other healthcare staff to deliver quality care

Requirements

Active LPN license (NE or compact)

Experience in LTC or Nursing Home setting preferred

Ability to work night shifts and variable schedules

Strong clinical, communication, and documentation skills
