Digital Fellow (Spring/Summer 2026)

OVERALL FUNCTION

The Digital Fellow works directly with our fundraising teams to learn from some of the top strategists in the country. Our fellows assist in the development and execution of cutting‑edge digital programs and learn the ins-and-outs of email fundraising from top to bottom. Reports to the Digital Fundraising Manager or designated supervisor.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Drafting fundraising emails and text messages. Learning to code emails and web pages with HTML / CSS. Brainstorming content for our clients. Q/Aing digital content and client deliverables. Perform other duties as needed.

QUALIFICATIONS

Committed to progressive causes and electing Democratic candidates nationwide. Excited to learn basic HTML / CSS code. Thrives in a fast‑paced environment. Has excellent attention to detail. Applicants must be authorized to work in the United States; we cannot sponsor visas.

COMPENSATION

$20 an hour.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION

Term: Spring/Summer 2026 – March, or earlier, through July. Full‑time hours; 30 hours a week. Minimum of 20 hours per week required. Most spring fellows commence in late March and finish in August. Exceptional fellows may receive an extension or full‑time status.

WORK ENVIRONMENT / PHYSICAL DEMANDS

Fully remote workforce. Sedentary work; extended time spent in front of a computer screen. Repetitive motion: typing.
