This role is a key player to assist in supporting operations. This position is responsible for planning, developing, and implementing inventory control and material flow processes and systems across the plant. Provides leadership toward resolving materials management and inventory control issues and leads resolution activities where needed. This role will develop high performance work teams with ongoing coaching and direction, both formal and informal, enabling a People First Culture.Plant 2nd shift hours: 2:00 pm - 10:30 pm EST.
