Marketing Specialist

Overview The Marketing Specialist provides support for firm-wide and studio marketing needs. The role facilitates and consults during the proposal and interview process, collaborating with leadership, Business Development, and studio staff to craft customized responses to RFPs. The candidate speaks effectively and addresses stakeholder questions, steering meetings toward productive outcomes. Responsibilities Providing general support for the marketing department and mentoring team members; leading proposal design and development of presentation strategy and materials; creating marketing collateral, managing firm database content, and generating new content for collateral, website, and writing support as needed. Overseeing quality control for team deliverables. Fundamentals Leading meetings and consultatively managing the proposal and interview process. Thorough understanding of RFP requirements and asking questions to ensure accurate deliverables. Co‑owning and driving forward initiatives with or without the Marketing Leader. Developing studio‑based and firm marketing campaigns with project‑management goals and outcomes. High degree of organization and outstanding attention to detail. Taking direction and proactively running with projects. Providing excellent quality work that improves marketing experience with others in the firm. Prioritizing self and team initiatives to support the broader team when needed. Establishing and solidifying relationships through positive communication with a variety of positions across the firm. Leading with a positive attitude and helping to create a healthy team environment while supporting high‑volume daily needs. Representing the marketing team and supporting the firm’s mission of elevating people’s potential. Salary & Benefits AEC experience a plus. 2‑ or 4‑year degree preferred. Self‑driven individual with the ability to self‑manage initiative and determine ROI. Proficient in Microsoft Office and Adobe Suite products (especially PowerPoint and InDesign).
