I’m Dr. Annie Pham, founder of Perfect Smile Dental Care.

More than 20 years ago, I started this practice with a simple mission: to provide exceptional dental care while making a meaningful difference in the lives of our patients and our team.

Over the years, that mission has grown into something deeper.

We believe our purpose is not only to serve our patients, but also to serve our team who serves our patients.

To me, leadership is both a responsibility and a calling. We want to create an environment where our doctors and team members feel valued, supported, and encouraged to grow toward their fullest God-given potential—personally and professionally.

One of the things I’m most proud of is the stability of our team. Many of our doctors, clinical team members, and leaders have been with us for 7 years or more. I believe that longevity reflects the culture we’ve worked hard to build—one based on trust, respect, growth, and genuine care for one another.

Our North San Jose Practice

This position is primarily based at our North San Jose location, near Levi’s Stadium and Google’s North San Jose campuses, with occasional coverage at our Santa Clara office.

Our San Jose practice has an established patient base, wonderful long‑term patients, consistent scheduling, and an experienced support team.

You’ll also have the benefit of being part of our larger two-location organization and collaborating with our team of seven doctors.

Who We're Looking For:

This position is ideal for an experienced dentist who loves clinical dentistry and wants the support of an established practice without the administrative burden of ownership. You may be looking for a place where you can:

• Focus on patient care rather than managing an entire practice
• Have clinical autonomy while still collaborating with experienced doctors
• Work with an established patient base and consistent schedule

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive general dentistry, including restorative, cosmetic, and preventive care
• Diagnose and treat a broad range of dental conditions

Qualifications

• DDS or DMD from an accredited dental school
• 3+ years of clinical experience preferred
• Strong clinical and communication skills
• Commitment to ethical, patient‑centered dentistry
• Collaborative, team‑oriented mindset

Schedule & Compensation

We are open to both full‑time and part‑time candidates.

Full‑Time

• 4 days per week
• 2 Saturdays per month
• Medical insurance
• Professional liability insurance
• Continuing education support

Part‑Time

• Flexible schedule based on mutual availability
• 2 Saturdays per month

Our doctors typically earn $900–$2000 per day or more, depending on schedule, production, and performance.

We offer a unique performance‑based compensation structure with uncapped earning potential and additional performance bonus opportunities.
