Systems TechnicianAs a Systems Technician, you will serve as the primary point of contact for our team's hardware, user accounts, and essential IT platforms. In this hands-on role, you will manage user account provisioning and MFA enrollment during onboarding and offboarding, troubleshoot endpoint devices, and provide front-line Salesforce CRM support and basic administration. Beyond resolving daily user tickets, you will manage hardware assets, track software licenses, and build clear technical and self-service documentation. If you are a proactive problem-solver with a passion for troubleshooting and a knack for keeping technology reliable, we would love to have you on our team.Essential Functions:The following list of functions is descriptive of the work to be performed, but it should not be construed as an exhaustive list of responsibilities, processes, or tasks that the job may require.Initial point of support for all laptops, desktops, peripherals, video displays, and conference room equipment.Front-line Salesforce CRM support for users, permissions, case triage, basic troubleshootingSalesforce CRM workflow and general system administration, maintenance, and troubleshooting.Initial point of support for user account management, password resets, and troubleshooting.Manage employee onboarding and offboarding (provisioning, MFA enrollment, deprovisioning)User and group administration within the company IDP/user account management platform.Manage the helpdesk ticket queue to accurately reflect current workload, problem systems, etc.End user software license tracking.Management and asset tracking of end-user devices and equipment.Endpoint enrollment and software deployment.Create and maintain thorough documentation related to IT processes and procedures.Create and maintain end user self-service helpdesk documentationQualifications:To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
