Troy Inpatient Pharmacy - Casual/PRN About Corewell Health Beaumont Troy Hospital: In response to the health care needs of a growing community, Corewell opened a new 189‑bed hospital on rural farmland in Troy in 1977. Today the hospital has grown to 530 licensed beds and offers a comprehensive array of health care services. Scope of Work Provide pharmaceutical care according to professional and departmental standards and statutory requirements. Deliver safe, effective, rational, and cost‑conscious pharmacotherapeutic recommendations through the department’s medication management programs. Assist in supervising Pharmacy Technicians and Interns and participate in department‑directed medication management activities. Demonstrate good judgment and decisiveness during daily activities, maintain a current working knowledge of pharmaceutical practice, and commit to professional growth. Support management by providing oversight, guidance, and participation in planning, organizing, implementing, and monitoring new programs and activities. Qualifications Bachelor’s Degree or Pharm.D. in pharmacy (required) Residency training (preferred) 1 year of relevant pharmacy experience or equivalent (preferred) LIC-Clinical Pharmacist – State of Michigan (required upon hire) LIC-Pharmacist Controlled Substance – State of Michigan (required upon hire) Benefits Comprehensive benefits package to support financial, health, and work/life balance goals.
