Our Home Health team plays a critical role in improving patient outcomes while maintaining dignity, independence, and well-being.We are hiring for a Clinical Nurse Manager RN and including a $10,000 Sign on Bonus!The Clinical Nurse Manager provides overall clinical leadership, guidance, and oversight to designated home health teams. This role is responsible for supervising, developing, and mentoring clinicians to ensure high-quality patient care, regulatory compliance, and strong clinical outcomes.Key responsibilities include onboarding, competency evaluation, documentation review, staff development, quality improvement initiatives, and clinical program oversight.
