We are an independent auto dealer on South Tacoma Way in Tacoma. We are growing and need Sales Associates with great attitudes that are motivated by helping customers. We have a great staff who are willing to help you learn our processes and become the best you can be. If you're hard working and have a passion for providing exceptional customer experiences: we would like to speak with you. It's even better if you have sold vehicles, cell phones, boats or anything else.
What we need from you:
- Excellent communication in person, email & phone.
- Exceptional customer & task follow up skill set.
- Professional appearance.
- Positive attitude & a great work ethic.
- Able to negotiate & finalize a sale.
We offer a competitive commissioned pay plan; up to 40% payable commission. We also offer comprehensive benefits options; Kaiser Health Insurance, Dental, Disability, Cancer coverage life insurance, as well as paid time off.
