Clinical Magnet (part of ICON Medical) is seeking a compassionate and motivated Physical Therapist to join a growing healthcare team in Bakersfield, California. Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients and develop individualized treatment plans, really focusing on becoming part of the patients’ recovery story
• Provide physical therapy services focused on restoring mobility, strength, and function 
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, occupational therapists, and interdisciplinary care teams 
• Educate patients and families on treatment goals and progress

Qualifications

• Active or eligible California Physical Therapist license 
• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program 
• Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment 
• Inpatient rehab or rehabilitation experience preferred, but not required 
• Open to new graduates 

Compensation & Benefits

• $55-$78/hour based on experience
