Your Schedule & Routes

• Average weekly miles: 2,300–3,000
• 50–60% drop & hook, 40–50% live unload
• Average haul: 400 miles

Home time:

• 10-12 Days out followed with 2 full days at home

• Late-model 2022+ Freightliner Cascadias & Kenworths
• Clean, comfortable, and safe trucks designed for long hauls

Pay & Incentives

• Mileage pay: $0.54–$0.60 CPM based on experience
• Average weekly pay: $1,300–$1,800
• $2,000 Sign-On Bonus
• $0.03 CPM Performance Bonus
• Paid detention, layover, and breakdown

Who We're Looking For

• CDL A license, 21+ years old
• 3+ months recent tractor trailer experience (40ft+)
• No more than 1 preventable accident in the last 2 years
• No DUI/DWI in the past 5 years
• No SAP drivers
